--02/21/2008: 247 days on market and over $500,000 discount from almost 3 years ago and still no sale.
And the homeowner is not a realtor, he was the chief somethin' somethin' of a company that provided doohickies to lenders. He is also currently the co executive chef head honcho nacho eater of a place that does mortgage thingies.
But despite being kinda smart, our homeowner here still managed to buy at the peak and chase the market down.
End result? Just another obese brown bear with a notice of default taped to his front door.
